Cruz at 6 months...
Caleb...
and Zoey.
Cruz weighs in at 17 lbs and 26 1/2 inches long. He is in the 50th percentile for both height and weight. He is rolling over every which way and sits up assisted. He can move around in a circle on his belly. Won't be long before he's crawling. He loves to say "da-da-da". I love hearing him babble.
Mom and I took the kids to Busch Gardens. This was Zoey's first time going on rides without me! What a big girl! She loved it!
Zoey's class went to the pumpkin patch and Byron and I were able to join the fun.
My girl will not give up a smile unless she wants to...not for anyone! As soon as she sees that camera she almost always shuts it down. She is too funny.
And sometimes when I have Caleb and Zoey take a pic together, it's like they become instant Zombies! This one is a bit freaky! I couldn't snap Zoey out of it for anything.
I love the adorable outfits Nana bought her for Halloween! She is so much fun to dress! You know, as much as I love music and dancing you would think that my kids would, too, right? I have passed on this love to Caleb (as if you didn't already know that!) but not so much with Zoey. Usually when I sing she is quick to tell me, "No, mommy, I don't like that." When Caleb and I get silly and dance in the living room she does not like to join in the fun. It is so interesting seeing their different personalities. I do love how alike and different they are.
What?! Is that a smile???
Zombie girl makes a comeback! Ha! This was a lovely girl's night out, celebrating our beautiful mother's 65th birthday!! I love getting together with my sister, Kimberly, cousin, Denise, and mom.
Caleb is definitely not camera shy. He is learning so much. He recently became infatuate with the phrase, "what the hell". Lovely, huh? We have come up with a list of funnier and more appropriate words..what the scallywag, what the pickle, etc. but he still comes back to the first. Then one day he said it again. I gave him a look and he said he was sorry but "it's ok because I have another word, mom...what the butt." Suddenly what the hell wasn't sounding so bad. :P Of course, he has now enlisted his sister in saying the phrase. Oh, boy.
Chillin out before bedtime...
We are having a lot of fun this Halloween. The kids decided on a scary-faced pumpkin this year. They had a lot of fun cutting it out.
Cameron has such a busy schedule...I don't seem to get enough pics of him. Here he is rooting for Caleb at one of Caleb's soccer games. I just wanna freeze moments like these. I know that all too soon we will be missing Cameron. :(
The Halloween parade at school! Let's hear it for the ninja!!!
Zoey wanted to be a witch but when I bought her an actual costume she hated the feel of it. I opted for her wearing one the cute outfits Nana got her and added a broom. Cutest witch I've ever seen but she was determined not to give me any good smiling pics this year.
