2 Months

I love to see how similar and different my babies look so here we go!
Cruz at 2 months....
Caleb at 2 months...
Zoey at 2 months.

To me, Cruz looks most like Caleb but is definitely his own person.  He is the only child whose hair fell out.  Seems strange to see one of mine with a big crop of dark hair.  Wouldn't it be funny if it came back blonde?! At Cruz's 2 month appt he weighed 13 lbs. 1oz and was 24 inches long.  He went from the 50th percentile to the 75th.  Way to grow, Cruz!
Oh, the many faces of Caleb.  He loves having me take pictures of him making funny faces...and I love it, too!

Cruz smiles a lot on his own now. I love this phase...when he looks into your eyes it's like he sees into your soul.  Ah! He is calm and sweet.  He also coo's a lot.  He has really balanced out with his reflux...thank goodness.  Last month he cried most of the time he was awake and now he only cries when he's tired or hungry.  He still enjoys sleeping a lot and he's even giving me up to 7 hours straight at night.  Thank you, Cruz!!!
I could stare at this face all day long!!!!
Caleb and Cruz have a special bond.  Caleb adores him and loves to talk to him  and get Cruz to talk back.  He is so nurturing to him. I'm certain this will change as soon as Cruz can take a toy away from Caleb.  :P  Zoey loves Cruz, but is far to busy getting into nearly everything to sit with him like Caleb does.
Caleb has become the guardian of Zoey.  He is really good at fetching her for me and she' s pretty compliant to go with him.  From a distance this pic looks sweet but if you click on it you'll see she's not too happy that Caleb is leading her back to mommy and daddy.
Zoey is really getting good at telling me what she wants.  "Mommy, come here.  Mommy, sit down.  Mommy watch this (the tv). Hair, Mommy, hair." Zoey has a hair fetish.  She loves to hold my hair and snuggle with me.  She actually gets mad when I put my hair up. Too funny. My girl is learning so much.  Out of the blue she counted up to 13 the other day!  What a shock!  I didn't know she could count to 5 let alone 13!  Some of her favorite phrases are "Hey, that's mine!", "I don't like that", "Caleb, come back" and "I'm Daddy's girl." My favorite is when she comes up and says, "I love you, Mommy" all on her own.  Ah! Melt my heart.
