Could our beauty be any cuter? She is growing up so fast. I can't believe in less than 2 months she will be a year old.

This is her new favorite pastime-standing up. She loves to pull herself up on just about anything. She doesn't cruise around just yet but I'm sure that will soon come.

This is Caleb's last day of preschool. They had a little party to celebrate his birthday since it's over the summer. He loved going to school. Next year he will go three half days a week!
Caleb loves to ask so many questions these days. It's mostly "do" questions. "Mommy, what's that?" "It's a garbage truck." "What does garbage truck do?" "It takes away all our trash." "What does taking away our trash do?" "It gets all the icky stuff out of our house." "What does getting the icky stuff out of our house do?" I think you get my point. The "do" never ends.

Zoey loves to eat just about anything! I cannot believe how much food she can put away. She's one healthy girl.
We are so proud of my nephew, Austin. He graduated from High School in May. Here's Kimberly looking especially proud.

It is such a joy watching Caleb and Zoey grow together. He is so good with her and she just adores him. When she is crying in the car, nothing soothes her like Caleb singing his ABC's to her. She shuts right up. It's so sweet. He loves to entertain and she loves to watch him. It is truly a special joy to watch their relationship grow. I pray they always stay this close.
I put this one in here just because I like it. Not many pics of just my mom and I.

Good morning, gorgeous!

I took the kids on a stroller/bike ride on the trail by the intercoastal. We are so lucky to have such beautiful views. He loves to ride his bike.

I turned 40!!! Byron threw me an amazing surprise party. It was so nice to be surrounded by so many great friends. I am such a blessed girl.

Zoey has added the word "dog" to her repetoire. She loves music-claps and shakes her head. Too cute. Wonder if she'll dance as much as Caleb does. I have never seen a child dance as much as he does. I have no idea where he gets so many of his moves. He has a great ability to mimic what he sees someone else do. He is talented in so many ways. I can't wait to see what he will do with all of it.

The other day Caleb got Zoey's Halloween costume out and wanted me to put it on her so here are some pics. (This is also why he calls her Princess Zoey. It is a fairy princess costume.)

We watch a lot of "America's Best Dance Crew" on MTV. You'll notice in the background on the tv, the dancers are striking the same pose.

So, a few weeks ago Caleb woke up with dried blood from his forehead to ear and all over his jammies. He just said, "Good morning, Mommy." I was horrified, checking him over to see if anything was broken. I asked him what happened and he just said he hit his head. He never cried or even woke us up. It wouldn't stop bleeding so I took him to the dr.
He needed 3 stitches. :(

This is after he got the stitches out. They did a great job. You can't even tell where it was. I'm so glad I took him in.
