Is she just too cute for words, or what?! Here are Caleb and Zoey at 7 months. Caleb weighed 5 lbs more at this point. Zoey weighs 17.12 lbs. My sweet babies have both been sick for too long. Caleb has had a bad cough for nearly 2 months now. Zoey has had it off and on. The dr says it's environmental. Ugh. So hard to keep Caleb inside and calm. Hopefully he will be back to himself soon.

It is funny to me how many people tell me that they think Caleb and Zoey don't look alike. They must forget how he looked at this age. Check out these pics!

Zoey definitely has softer curls and brown hair, whereas Caleb's is coal black and tight curls. Both melt my heart! It's so fun seeing them grow together. Caleb is taking more of an interest in her. Getting her toys, trying to make her laugh. That boy has so much personality. He is a spirited one in every way. He doesn't have as many tantrums, although I'm sure that will come around again. He is so loving. In the middle of the day he can see a picture of Byron and laugh so hard saying, "Daddy!" and then start to cry from missing him. I enjoy him so much. I think he is a very passionate little guy. Loves hard, plays hard.

This is Caleb's BFF, Oliver. They go to preschool together and are a blast to watch. Oliver's mom also has a 9 month old son so we get together often with the kids. Here they are flexing their muscles. Can you get any cuter?!

My little leprechauns!

She looks like a little doll!

Did I say spirited? He is so much fun. When I put him to bed I usually sing one or two songs to him. I've been singing "My Favorite Things" from Sound of Music for awhile. He will ask, "Sing Package song." (Brown paper packages...) Today he surprised me. I asked him to sing to mommy and he sang the package song. I couldn't believe how many words he knew. Moments like these are what it's all about.

It makes me nervous, but Caleb can scale this with ease. He's showing off his muscles.

Here is Caleb with Michael and Leanne's youngest, Nolan (5). It's so nice that they like to play together now.

Here is my Dad and his siblings (Jim, Linda, my dad, Susan). We were all together to celebrate the life of my dear grandma, Margaret Louise Chapman Douglass. She passed away on Friday, March 11th. Death is so difficult to grasp and to deal with. It made it easier knowing that she was a Christian and joining my grandfather, the love of her life. It definitely makes you stop, take a deep breath and look at what is truly important in your life, what kind of legacy you will leave behind. I feel so blessed to have the family I have. Grateful for loving, Christian parents. I hope on my deathbed, my children will be able to say some of the things we were all saying about my grandmother. She is sorely missed.

Zoey rolls like nobody's business! She will keep on rolling until something stops her. In a blink she is across the room. No crawling yet...thank goodness. :) She has been a great baby but not a good sleeper..vs Caleb who was a challenging baby but a good sleeper. Is there such a thing as a good baby and a good sleeper? She started out good with sleeping but around 4 months started to wake up every 2 hours. I thought that was bad until she started waking up every hour and a half when she got sick! I've never been so sleep deprived for such a long period of time. She is getting better. I think we're back to 2-2 1/2 hours now. It seems like there's always a reason not to sleep well-fever, cough, teething. Ugh. Can't wait til she sleeps longer!

She sits up really well now and for quite some time. She just learned to say Nana and she is starting to wave. I just adore listening to her babble! She's not a quiet one. I think she's realizing she's gonna have be loud to be heard over her brother.

I had to put this one in here. I picked up Caleb from school. We were on our way to my mom's house. When I looked in the back seat this is what I found. Typical Caleb. Never a dull moment. :)

We are growing a sunflower from a seed. He loves watching it grow.
