21 Months!

Our sweet boy is getting closer and closer to 2 years old! He's already 21 months now. Since our busy boy loves being outside so much, we finally bought him a swing set. Now his favorite word is "wings". :)

I liked this set because he can climb up the ladder or use the side of the wall to climb up. Since our boy is a climber I knew he'd go right for the more challenging route.

He's getting to be quite the little kicker.

He loves blowing bubbles. He doesn't get that you blow through your mouth. He thinks you blow through your nose. Whenever anything needs to be blown-bubbles, or if food is hot-this is his face as he blows through his scrunched up nose. Too cute. Hopefully he'll make the connection before we have candles to blow out on his birthday cake! :P

Here I am at 5 1/2 months. Went to the OB today. Hard to believe I've only gained 10 lbs!! I am showing much more than I did with Caleb. She is also lower than Caleb was so the back pain has definitely been a problem. Byron has been such a doting husband-always ready for an ice cream run or a back massage. Our girl is very active and has me craving chocolate (other than Byron, although he's yummy too). I've been trying to get Caleb to be more independent, which I have mixed feelings about. I love holding him and don't want him to grow up too fast, but carrying an extra 27 lbs is challenging. He likes to walk more and will often ask before we even get out of the car "walk..hands?" He knows holding hands is a must. Can't wait to share what our little Buddha is doing next month!
