Here is Baby Triplett at 13 weeks. All stretched out and relaxed. The baby couldn't be more perfect at this stage and was said to have very longs legs! As most of you know, you don't usually know the sex of a baby at 13 weeks. You usually have to wait for your 20 week ultrasound. In fact, Byron and I had decided we were going to wait until the baby was born to find out the sex. But when I went to my appt, the sonographer stopped and said, "Oh, my." I looked at the screen and said...

"Is that a penis I see?!" She said it most certainly was! She was shocked as well. She said that she would never tell a woman only 13 weeks along that they were definitely having a certain gender but our boy was so photogenic (she took 15 pics!) that she said we are absolutely having a boy! We couldn't be happier..3 sons and a beauty. We are so blessed!!

Here are some pics from Halloween. Zoey would not keep on her Minnie Mouse ears so this is the best I could get. Caleb really enjoyed Halloween this year. He got to dress up at school and participated in the costume parade. He cracked me up when we went trick or treating. He seemed genuinely surprised everytime each person gave him candy. He would run back to me and say, "Mom, they gave me MORE candy!"

This cracks me up. She loved having the teeth in.

Caleb's pic was a little freakier.

Mom and I took the kids to Busch Gardens to have have lunch with Elmo. We had a blast!

We went back the next day with David and Harley.

I couldn't believe how many rides they had for little kids. This was his first rollercoaster ride. He seemed a bit scared but went on it 5 times!

Skylar and Caleb with Cookie Monster.

This is a pic from my trip to NYC. I have taken every child with me (while pregnant) so it's only proper I take this one, too. After all, they have meet the other great love of my life..NYC!

A few pics from the 9/11 memorial. It is very beautiful, very peaceful.

Here is Caleb's team picture. This Saturday is his last game. He is really enjoying it and he's finally doing well at it. Doing well means not crying when someone else scores a goal and not knocking other kids to the ground. :P

Could he possibly be any cuter?!?!

Another problem was standing in the goal. Yeah, there are no goalies at this age. And it was his own team's goal to score in!

Ah! The handsome men in my life! This was for Cameron's homecoming.

Ever the show off.

Caleb still worships his big bro. Cameron continues to excel in school. His academy soccer team is on a break while high school soccer takes over. He's always so busy!

Zoey is a social butterfly. She is quite the talker. Loves to greet anyone she sees. Her favorite phrase is "Hi Daddy" although "Hi Nana" and "Thank You" are runner's up. I love how Caleb enjoys playing with her, often telling me, "Mom, I want to play with Zoey." They are quite the two-some. It really melts my heart to see how well they get along.

Zoey making fast friends at the soccer field.

She has definitely passed up Caleb in the "busy" department. Thank God they both transitioned. Caleb entertains himself pretty well and he can help me quite a bit now.

An Unexpected Blessing

The title says it all. We are surprised, but delighted to tell you that another Triplett is on the way. I'm 8 weeks along and due May 8th. Luckily, I'm feeling better than I did with my first two. Just very tired, but who can blame me. Byron is really hoping for another boy. Zoey is his little princess and I don't think he wants her to share her crown. At least when you already have each sex, it really takes the pressure off of wanting a particular gender. We are so blessed and can't wait to meet our little one.

Doesn't Cameron look so grown up here? Time is flying by. He is a junior this year. It seems like things are moving so fast. He got his driver's license in May and now he has his own car to drive. Oh, what freedom! He's doing well in school-even taking a college class at St. Pete College. He's getting e-mails from various colleges who are interested in him. Wow. I think we really feel how precious our time is with him. The kids adore him. Whenever he is home he is the most popular person in the house. The kids flock to him.

Here's our Zoeygirl. She loves to climb up on Caleb's bed and "read" books. She is walking everywhere now and wants to do everything that Caleb does. She has even picked up on some phrases that he says. When I correct Caleb I tell him what he did wrong and what to do next and then say, "got it?". One time when I said this to him Zoey was the one to respond with "Got it." I guess it goes to show how much I have to say that! Ha! She also likes to say "Wassup?" Never taught her that one...just something she hears the boys say a lot. The first of many "lady-like" phrases to come, I'm sure.

Who says bubble baths aren't manly? Amazing. He looks like a little angel here.

Gotta love this pic. The shirt says it all. So Caleb.

They love to play hide and seek. Favorite hiding place is in the pantry.

Check out Caleb's moves! He's been watchin big bro!

Horray for preschool!!! Thankfully, preschool started back up after Labor Day. Caleb is in the 3 year old class and goes 3 half days a week. He loves it and so do I!! He is maturing nicely. We had a rough summer but it seems behaviorally, things are starting to click for him. Whew. As much as he is spirited, he is also very loving. He tells us spontaneously all the time that he loves us. He has to have snuggle time at least 3 times a day. So sweet.

The kids and I went to Orlando to spend time with Nana and Papa on their vacation.

The boys went boating.

Papa taught Caleb how to shoot pool.

Mom and I took the kids to Downtown Disney. This is at the Rainforest Cafe. We sat in front of the gorillas. Last year Caleb was terrified, this year he loved it. Zoey...not so much.

For Caleb, this was like Disney World. He loved just seeing the statues and going into the shops. We are hoping to go to Disney later this year.

Our little water baby.

Here are my friends, Mindy and Maria. I taught with them at my first school, Lake Mary Elementary. We are still very close. I'm blessed to have such good friends.

Zoey loves to push Caleb around in the car.

She loves to act like she's talking on the phone.

Bouncin with Daddy.
